250 g SoDelishUs® Bread Mix
3.5 g Dried Yeast
5 g Salt
170 ml Water
Half spoon of Vegetable oil
Make the bread in oven:
Turn the oven on to preheat.
Empty the bread mixture into the bowl, add the salt, dried yeast and water. Mix with a blender or your hands.
Empty the dough onto a floured surface and spend 5 minutes kneading the dough.
Leave the dough covered with cling film at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Put the dough into your lined bread tin, sprinkle a few drops of water a top of the dough and leave it for 60-70 minutes in a warm place, ideally room temperature. Ensure the dough is covered with cling film.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until brown or cooked through.
Make the bread in bread maker:
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.
Add the vegetable oil into the bread maker’s tray and simply add the mixed ingredients.
Add the water to the mix.
Use the bread maker’s basic program (or similar).
Depending on your bread maker, the setting may vary.
