When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping rates up to 2kg/box in UK Mainland: £4.80 with Standard Royal Mail 

Shipping rates form 2kg up to 30kg/box in UK Mainland: £6.60 with Parcel Force 48 hours (Order before 1pm on working days for 2 Days delivery, Post code restrictions apply)

Shipping rates form 2kg up to 30kg/box in UK Mainland: £7.60 with Premium Next Day Tracked delivery by DPD (Order before 1pm on working days for Next Day delivery, Post code restrictions apply)

Free shipping: If you order for £25 or above we are not charge the shipping fees to the UK Mainland.

Highlands & Islands Offshore Postcodes: £27.04 with 2-3 day delivery

Northern Ireland: £18 with 2-3 day delivery

Can I return the product?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is not to your satisfaction. If the item has arrived damaged, we will issue a refund. If the item is not to your satisfaction, payment of return postage must be covered by yourself.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@sodelishus.co.uk If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there's an issue with your order - if it's the wrong product - then simple notify us and send the product back for us. We will give you a refund and we will pay you back the cost of the postage.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll offer you the right solution.
