Ingredients

500 g SoDelishUs® Fusilli Pasta

150 g plant-based butter
-
70 g SoDelishUs® Flour Mix
-
1000 ml plant-based milk
-
250g plant-based cream or plant-based cheddar type cheese

salt, pepper, ground nutmeg to taste
-
2 teaspoon english mustard
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
2 pinch of cayenne chili powder
Directions
Cook the SoDelishUs® Fusilli Pasta al dente and drain.
Make a bechamel in a larger pan: melt the butter, sprinkle with SoDelishUs® Flour Mix and heat until froth, then pour in the plant-based milk, mix until lump-free, and cook until thickened.
Add salt, pepper, season with nutmeg, mustard, garlic powder and cayenne pepper, remove from the heat and stir in the cheese alternative.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
When the bechamel and the cheese melted together, mix it with the cooked SoDelishUs® Fusilli Pasta.
Put the mixture into a baking tin and bake in the oven for 25 min., or until golden brown.
