Whenever your taste buds needs a chocolatey treat, this healthy and easy brownie recipe will always be handy!

Ingredients

150 g coconut oil, or any plant based butter or oil

350 g SoDelishUs® Double Chocolate Muffin Mix
-
240 ml plant-based milk
-
100g SoDelishUs® Table-Top Sweetener
-
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
a pinch of salt
-
SoDelishUs® Icing on top
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Put the SoDelishUs® Double Chocolate Muffin Mix, the SoDelishUs® Table-top Sweetener and the salt in a bowl and mix them together
If you use plant- based butter, melt it first, and then in a different bowl, mix it with the plant based milk, and the vanilla extract
Combine the liquid and dry ingredients and pour the mixture in to a baking tin. Bake it for 35 mins. Wait until completely cool down and then you can slice
Scatter some SoDelishUs® Icing on top and enjoy this quick and healthy treat!
