Vegan Caesar salad with SoDelishUs ® Veggie Piece „Chicken Style”

This vegan version is so satisfying and easy-to-make if you need a quick salad! You can enjoy it with a chicken like SoDelishUs Veggie Piece!

Ingredients

550g SoDelishUs ® Veggie Piece “Chicken Style” (COMING BACK SOON)

300 g Lettuce
-
160 g Cherry tomatoes
-
120 g Vegan Parmesan shavings or crushed cashew

28 g Mustard
-
80 ml Olive oil
-
50 ml Lemon juice
-
20 ml Vinegar
-
Salt and pepper
-
50 ml vegetable oil
Directions
Wash and spin the lettuce.
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. In a bowl, mix the mustard with the lemon juice, oil and vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and brown the drained SoDelishUs veggie piece for about 5 minutes.
Mix the cooked SoDelishUs ® Veggie Piece “Chicken Style” into the salad.
Sprinkle some vegan parmesan or crushed cashew on top.
