Ingredients

300 ml plant based thick milk (for example cashew)

125 g SoDelishUs® Flour Mix

10 g SoDelishUs® Table-top Sweetener
-
6 ml apple cider vinegar
-
5 g baking powder
-
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

a pinch of salt
Directions
In a medium bowl, add the SoDelishUs® Flour Mix, SoDelishUs® Table-top Sweetener, baking powder, and salt, and stir to combine.
In a medium bowl or liquid measuring cup, add the plant based milk, apple cider vinegar and stir to combine.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Heat the pan, put a little bit of oil and pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan over medium heat.
When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
